were going to talk about a marketing tool that can not only boost sales, but is also a means of increasing your fees and developing better quality clients. And the great thing about it is that it works without you spending large amounts of time or money on it.

What is one effective way to increase your client base?

Well the easiest way would be to hire a sales force of people to go out and knock on the doors of potential clients, make presentations, and convince the prospect that they should be dealing with you.

But because hiring a bunch of sales people is often cost prohibitive to most small design businesses and communication firms it’s not likely that this is going to happen any time soon.

Unless, that is, it’s a “paper” salesforce….
